Phase I – Resource and Outline Plan / Target List

  • Collective brainstorming with all partners, consultants and our professional research team

  • Our in-house database consists of over 3500 companies and over 30,000 current and up-to-date individuals

  • Selection of industry and special support files

  • Identification of target companies and industry leaders

  • Development of target list

Phase II – Target Recruiting / Networking

  • Definition of process…e.g. is our search confidential or public?

  • Identification of key selling points to attract the right candidates

  • Sourcing by direct contact, referrals and confidential advertising if appropriate

  • Broadcast mailing

  • Preparation of candidate information package

Phase III – Candidate Interviews / Preliminary References

  • Screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidates

  • Selection of long list of candidates and some preliminary reference checks

  • Presentation to client of the long list and selection of benchmark candidates

  • On-going communication with candidates

Phase IV – Client Interviews

  • Review with client the position-person matching: skills, abilities, personalities and motivation of the selected candidates.

  • Selection of discrete and professional location for interviews; either Zenko & company offices, client offices or another suitable location

  • Interview with candidates

  • Assessment and fit with client.

Phase V – Final References / Selection / Negotiation

  • Follow-up will be completed with candidates and client after each interview to ensure effective communication is maintained on both sides

  • Management of the process is maintained to ensure that both sides are working on the same timetable and that both parties are kept informed of developments as they occur

  • Open communication is maintained to deal with issues as quickly as possible to ensure that time and / or opportunities are not lost

  • Final selection of the benchmark candidate

  • Final reference will be completed in an appropriate manner concerning the candidates:

    • track record and performance in previous organizations

    • professional and personal strengths and areas of improvement

    • suitability for the position

    • final recommendation

Assistance with the negotiations and final offer to ensure timely agreement by both parties.
